Your blog is the space where you will write about the various formative assignments you have been asked to complete during all four blocks of the Foundations of Acacemic Pracice course.
You will also receive feedback on your posts via comments from your peers. We ask that you also comment and give feedback to the peers in the group you are a member of.
You can see your blog and the blogs of your group members from the Participants Blogs link under the banner image.
Your summative assignment will also be done in this blog and further guidance on all the assignments for the course can be found in the Learn course sites for each block.
To add to your blog first click on your name which you will find by clicking on participant blogs. You will then see an ‘edit’ button which allows you to edit the first post in your blog.
At the top of your blog page you will see a ‘+’ symbol. This allows you to add a new post to your blog.
Don’t feel constrained to stick with text in your blog. It would be great to see images and video as well.
Your blog is visible to: your peers on the course; the PGCAP course team; the PGCAP external examiner; colleagues in IS who set up the blog. It is not visible to the wider world.
